Department Overview:
The IT Project Services Team is a new IT-wide organization, which supports the long-term success of Bank’s IT by providing high quality consulting and project management services for strategic IT initiatives.

The Team will have a Global Lead based in London and Regional Management teams located in the UK, US, Zurich and Singapore. The Project Services Team will actively support the CIO and functional/regional heads in IT transformation projects by providing comprehensive and efficient project work based on best practices.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Developing the IT Project Services service offering including its mandate, engagement model and marketing materials

Skills and Attributes Required:

  • Banking or consultancy background (15 years + experience) and a strong understanding of structured program management in the banking arena.

“Development Manager - VP Level (BPM / BPMN with J2EE)" based in Manila with a top tier Investment Bank – Permanent position

Role Description:
- The Development Manager BPM/BPMN is responsible for development, delivery and support of BPM (Business process Management) related projects for the Bank’s professional service center in Manila.
- The BPM IT product manager will head a BPM Development team, working closely with Business Analysts, users and other business process authors in the Finance domain to assist in the configuration and development of BPM applications for the Bank.
- Ensures that sound development, documentation and testing techniques are implemented to turn “as-is” or “to-be” processes from BPMN notation into a solid working application.

Department Overview:
FX Development is composed of approximately 80 people. The team is composed of Java Swing developers, C++ on Linux developers, FX Options pricing specialists, project managers, programme managers and system testers.

The development is split up into two main workstreams, namely FX Cash eCommerce and FX Options eCommerce. The development resources are organised into a pool of developers. A developer is likely to work on a mixture of FX Cash and FX Options projects throughout their career in the team.

Main Function:
- Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Deployment
- Would be expected to carry out all steps of the development lifecycle to deliver new versions of FX Cash and FX Options, namely:
- Working with business analysts and project managers to understand the requirements
- Analysing those requirements to find the most appropriate technical solution for incorporating them into FX and creating a technical specification where needed
- Developing those requirements
- Unit / system / regression / performance testing those requirements
