Job Requirements:

- Minimum 9+yrs of total experience working in Testing
- 4+ years of experience in successfully managing projects in an investment bank
- Strong experience in different types of testing e.g. Automation, Performance and Usability
- Strong experience in test strategy
- Experience in handling multiple projects & testing teams
- In depth knowledge of and proven track record in software testing lifecycle
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within cost
- ISEB Foundation Certification in Software Testing (or equivalent)
- Knowledge of and proven track record in Investment Banking domain are desirable
- Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office trading concepts
- Knowledge of SEI Capability Maturity Model, (CMM)
- Knowledge of SEI Capability Maturity Model Integrated, (CMMI)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to tailor communications to the appropriate level for the audience
