“Front Office Developer (Credit Ecommerce business) – VP Level” based in Singapore with a top tier Investment Bank. - Permanent role

This role requires someone with 9+ years of development experience of which minimum 6+yrs in developing front office applications

Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the business to deliver a superior service and provide solutions as requested.
- Look for new eCommerce opportunities which haven’t been brought to the region or are cutting edge for the region.
- Delivery cutting edge technology solutions to the business
- Support of eCommerce systems (Pricing, Distribution)

Job Requirements:
- Atleast 6+ years developing front office applications.
- Experience in the development of medium to large applications
- Experience with real-time market data type applications.
- Experience in Credit Products (Corporate bonds, Credit Default swaps, Options, etc) and eCommerce solutions for those products.
- Unix (including shell script languages) - Relational Database’s & SQL - Java/C++
- MUST be proactive & able to work on their own initiative - Problem solving skills both Technical and Business related.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- The candidate needs to be self-motivated, self-sufficient, able to work under pressure, and have very good communication skills.
- Ability to set and manage realistic expectations
- Ability to work well and forge strong relationships with traders.
