Seeking Senior Directors in the Finance Change Space. Position is based in Manila with a top tier investment bank

Overall responsibility for implementing all change (strategic and tactical) into the Financial Accounting Service delivery domain.
- Establishing and driving Service delivery domain strategy towards end state
- Developing, governing & executing on the BoW (Program and Project delivery) taking Service delivery domain priorities and process / architectural goals into consideration
- Change led benefit creation and delivery
- Senior Stakeholder Management
- Developing strategic change management practices and skilled change capability according to the BPM Paradigm
- Responsible for establishing an organizational structure & people development strategy that enable the strategic vision for the Service delivery domain and the Change group to be achieved
- Responsible for working with the architects and technology partners to establish a process/business, application and data architecture for the Service delivery domain
- Responsible for driving productivity and efficiency goals

In depth understanding of Financial Reporting & Regulatory reporting required including:
- GAAPs,
- IFRS
- General Ledgers & Sub-ledgers
- Consolidated group reporting,
- Local Regulatory reporting processes of multiple locations
- Broad experience and knowledge of end to end product and trade lifecycle flows and controls (accounting rules, product business event postings such as Cash, PV’s and Reference data)
- Good capital markets product knowledge focusing on accounting and regulatory (US GAAP and IFRS) reporting (min investment banking products)
- Business lead delivering large scale technology change programs (programs & direct budget for a single program should exceed 5 million Euros)
- Experience of the full project lifecycle and project management.
- Be "technology savvy" understanding the basic technology precepts
- Experience of running teams that have defined process (As Is and To Be) , business, logical data and non functional requirements
- Understanding of formal analysis and requirement gathering methodologies skills (Workflow, Use-cases, Collaboration Diagrams etc.)
- Experience of communicating architectural constraints on system design and identifying business issues which may impact system development and / or deployment
- Program Manager or Test Manager Responsibility for business testing (including the definition of test cases)
- Program Manager Responsibility for data migration / conversion strategy
- Communicating and prioritising business needs so that Technology partners understand the real issues and criticalities
- Managing the business implementation and performing ongoing user training
- Participating in Post Implementation Review for projects
- 8-10 years of financial services industry experience with a minimum of 5 years large scale change management experience
- Exposure to formal Business Process Management methodologies would be preferable but not mandatory
