“Senior Project Manager/Business Analyst – Junior VP Level” based in Singapore with a top tier Investment Bank – Permanent position

Job Summary:
The opportunity is to work in a front office IT environment and help delivery Global Credit Trading IT solutions into the APAC region. You would add to an existing team of FO solution providers with a tight integration to global application teams. The role would require strong liaison with Singapore Global Credit Trading traders to define requirements, work with offshore development teams, and to own delivery of global solutions into the region.

Responsibilities:
• Definition and validation of business requirements, gap analysis and functional specifications with trading desks
• Full lifecycle ownership and accountability of deployment projects from inception to completion (“go-live”)
• Client demand and expectation management (mainly Traders) around the identification of solutions, clarification of requirements and delivery
• Form strong relationships with global application product teams to assist solution delivery
• Partner with business to deliver solutions
• Participate in and drive global team discussions - adding an APAC voiceAssess suitability of global solutions for APAC team contributions and the Business

Qualifications and experience:

Essential:
• Solid front office IT trading environment experience - proven ability to thrive and deliver into this environment
• 8+ years experience of project management & business analysis skills
• 6+ years of fixed income financial markets and trade lifecycle experience (Rates and FX)
• Good knowledge of credit trading (3 yrs)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels cross country and culture
• Ability to deal with distributed teams whether in APAC, Europe or North America around prioritisation / development
• Ability to take on undefined and complex pieces of work and turn into successful delivery across multiple time zones
• Strong team work skillsGood people and team management skills

Desirable: Project management certification
