“Business Analyst-IT Service Management ITIL – AVP Level” ~ Singapore with a top tier Investment Bank – Permanent position

Department Overview:
The IT Service Management team is responsible for defining global processes and delivering toolset to support the IT organisation growth.

Main Function:
The role is within the Singapore IT Service Management team as a business analyst supporting global IT Service Management programmes and initiatives in maturing IT into a service oriented organisation.

Main Responsibilities:
• Assist in driving continual process improvement across IT Service Management
• Producing structured requirements documentation and developing process flow diagrams to ensure business requirements are clearly understandable for all stakeholders
• Building and managing relationships with key customers
• Assisting in managing the prioritisation process and managing the expectations
The role requires individual with solid business analysis skills, able to work independently with minimum supervision, strong interpersonal skill to collaborate with project teams and key stakeholders, excellent time management and task organisation skill.

Qualifications and experience:
• Solid business analysis experience spanning from project inception, conducting requirement workshop, business and functional requirement specification and system rollout coordination.
• Good knowledge of SDLC
• Proven management experience of small teams.
• Proven experience in project management
• Experience in IT Service Management / ITIL
• Ability to develop tactical solutions using MS Access, VBA and SQL to fulfill urgent business requirements.
• Experience in managing minor pieces of work.
