"Sr. Project Manager - Compliance Technology & Trade Surveillance" based in Singapore with a top tier Investment Bank

Reporting to the Head of Compliance Technology, you will work closely with the respective stakeholders in the business in relation to the implementation of compliance policies and procedures, as well as identifying and resolving compliance issues that may occur and will create a regional model for the timely planning and execution of all Compliance IT projects.

You will be responsible for the business requirements gathering, analysis & end to end project management for the Compliance IT & Trade Surveillance Projects.

You will have:
· A banking or consultancy background (10 years + experience) with strong experience in Compliance, Trade Surveillance or AML apps (ideally Mantas or Actimize).
· A proven track record of successfully delivering large complex compliance technology projects within a banking environment (7 years + experience).
· You will Interface with various technology teams and Vendors to implement the Mantas Trading Compliance product & will undertake business analysis and data analysis for all Trade Surveillance unit initiatives, covering the various Financial Markets asset classes.
· You will be performing the regular trade surveillance monitoring on clients and internal trade activities to ensure adherence to directives, guidelines, trading regulations.
· Major responsibilities include: overall Project Management & coordinating senior business analysts’ effort, with foundation work in the following areas: Contract Management, Resource Management, Project Scheduling, Risk Management, Configuration/Change Management, Managing Scope, & Project Cost, and communicating with Executive Management & Project Sponsors.
· Proven organizational, leadership and management skills.
· You must be fluent in English and a natural communicator with the ability to interface with both technology and senior management.
