Reporting to the Senior Test Manager (VP) & the Test Unit Head, you will liaise with the end customer during the requirements gathering and analysis phase.
You will have:
• Experience in managing Test Automation and Performance Testing
• Experience in testing Web applications on multi tiered applications
• Produce Test Strategy and approach
• Estimation of Test effort, Test schedule and cost
• Review and Sign off of all Test Documents
• Resource Activity Deployment
• Managing Cross Project teams
• Ability to meet demanding timelines
• Lead Strategic Test Centre initiatives and competency development.
• This is a hands on role and includes the following planning and tracking:
o Change requests, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, People, Communications, Project Risks
• Line management of teams of 7+
• Involved in the development of testers. This includes:
o Recruitment, hiring process initial induction of new staff
o Coaching and mentoring
o Domain knowledge transfer
o Career management
• ISEB Foundation Certification in Software Testing (or equivalent)
