Main Function:
Prime role is to support the Bank’s Human Resources and Corporate Real Estate IT function, both in the development of new systems or the support and enhancement of existing applications.
This is primarily split into SAP HR and Other Technologies
1. SAP HR; Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Personal Development, Payroll, Leave Administration and Master data management for downstream systems. This year there are plans for a deployment of Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service scenarios via our SAP HR Portal.
2. Other Technologies: Standalone bespoke ASP.NET, C# and Java platforms
Reporting to the senior management of the team, you will need to take lead role in Design, Implementation and Deployment of HR portal scenarios. You are expected to support and enhance existing Portal offerings (in BSP).
Main Duties: You will involve in:
Business requirements gathering and analysis:
# Analyse impact of Business requirements, Identification of Gaps, proposal for solution/ Strategy for deployment
Design:
# Input into setup/design of the Portal architecture & standards;
# Development of technical design documents based on Business requirements
Build:
# Development of Portal Services
# Peer Review of other Portal Developments;
# Development/Support of other Bespoke developments
Testing:
# Preparation of detailed unit test cases
# Execution of unit test cases and documentation of results
# Providing support during QA and UAT test phases
# Diagnosis and resolution of defects found during QA and UAT test phases
Implementation: Training and knowledge transfer to support team
Post-Implementation: Point of contact for support team, investigating and resolving issues found in production
Support: 3rd line support for applications
Experience Required:
You should have:
• More than 6 years of experience in SAP HR & Portal Development (SAP ECC 6, Enterprise Portal 6 is a must)
• ABAP/4 programming language
• Portal Administration
• BSP, Java Script , HTML
• SAP XI/PI
• Experience in design of planning applications for Human Resources
You must be fluent in English and a natural communicator with the ability to interface with both technology and senior management.
