Reporting to the senior management of the team, you will Coordinate and manage the build & configuration management of the applications across multiple geographical locations.
Main Duties:
You will need to:
• Understand/coordinate the versioning and branching across geographical locations.
• Build/deploy applications into testing environment.
• Build/manage continuous integration framework, including build automation, establishing data conduits for reporting, and improving the overall integrity of the system.
• Design and develop Java applications.
Experience Required:
You should have:
• More than 8 years of application development experience, Investment banking experience preferred.
• Configuration management experience on large scale development environment, preferable in a multi-site environment.
• Proficient in build tools such as Ant, Maven.
• Enterprise source control tool, such as CVS, Clearcase, Perforce.
• Experience using Confluence.
• Core Java.
• Linux, Shell scripting.
• Database (Sybase preferred).
• OO Design.
• Good understanding of software development methodologies.
• Reporting technology (eg. Crystal report).
• Eclipse (pref) or other common IDE.
• XML, XSLT, JDBC, JMS, Servlets; struts, JSP, junit.
You must be fluent in English and a natural communicator with the ability to interface with both technology and senior management.
