“Windows Server Administrator” – Permanent role based in Singapore with top tier Investment Bank. Basic Salary upto SGD 100,000 + Bonus + Benefits.

Main Duties:
As a member of a team providing follow the sun support for the global Windows server estate, the successful candidate's main duties will be resolving incidents (including critical incidents), progressing and managing various Windows related projects, management of problems via root cause analysis, definition, scheduling, and implementation of changes.

Job Requirements:
• At least 7 years experience providing technical support for a complex Windows server environment in an investment bank.
• Solid experience supporting SAN connected Windows servers. Expertise with Microsoft clusters is a MUST.
• Excellent knowledge and experience of networking and virtualisation technologies.
• Excellent understanding of ITIL and proven experience working within an ITIL aligned operating model.
• Proven experience managing regional/global projects in the Windows server space.
• Excellent analytical skills combined with an ability to resolve major incidents independently.
