“Trade Surveillance Senior Developer - Mantas (AVP)” Permanent role based in Singapore with top tier Investment Bank. Basic Salary upto SGD 100K + Bonus + Other Benefits.
Job Function:
The candidate is expected to perform design, development, testing and delivery of Compliance solutions in partnership with the Project Manager and Business Facing IT within the Surveillance space of Compliance IT. He/she will build in-depth knowledge of both the technical and business aspects of the systems and become well-versed in the business functions supported by the systems. Leading an application group within the larger team would see the candidate share their expertise with other team members. The candidate will be responsible for quality of the team’s work.
The candidate will also be involved in additional team lead activities. Such as: mentoring team members, planning and assigning work items, input to status reviews, communicating with IT and senior management.
The candidate will be expected to proactively improve their skills and take on greater responsibilities as they grow into their role. There are significant opportunities for career development and training.
Job Requirements:
• 9+ years development experience in investment banking in Trade Surveillance & Compliance IT
• Product/Domain experience: Mantas, Actimize, AML & Market Abuse
• 6+ years hands on Technical Back End Oracle PL/SQL Developer (9i/10g) & Database design (Oracle)
• 3+ years Team Leading & architectural design, documentation and estimations
• 3+ years Informatica
• 2+ years SQL performance tuning
• 2+ years doing code reviews
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
